<body> Justin A. Mihalik, AIA, founded his practice in 1999 and is a licensed Architect in both the states of New Jersey and New York. He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Mihalik has experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Project types include airport facilities, postal facilities, adaptive reuse, hospitality, commerical, retail and residential. Mr. Mihalik employs a team of highly trained, professional staff members and consultants. <P> The design process begins and ends with the user. All users are unique, no two are alike. Understanding the goals and requirements of each user is essential to achieving a successful project.
